Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kazuha Bot ("the Bot"), which is developed and maintained by the owner/staff of KAZUHA ("owner" or "staff"). By using the Bot, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Bot.
1. Bot Usage
1.1. You must have a valid Discord account to use the Bot.
1.2. You agree to use the Bot for lawful purposes and in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service.
1.3. The Bot is intended for users aged 13 and above. If you are under the age of 13, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Bot.
2. Card Collection
2.1. The Bot allows users to collect virtual cards. These cards are purely virtual and hold no real-world value.
2.2. The Bot may distribute cards randomly, and you may only claim one card out of the cards provided during a drop.
2.3. The staff reserves the right to modify the card collection system, including card drop rates, at any time without notice.
3. User Conduct
3.1. You agree not to use the Bot for any illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes, including, but not limited to, harassment, spamming, impersonation, or any activity that violates Discord's Terms of Service and server/bot rules stated in the support server.
3.2. You are responsible for your interactions with other users while using the Bot.
3.3. The staff reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Bot if you violate these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. You may not use, copy, distribute, or modify any content provided by the Bot without the staff's explicit permission.
5. Privacy and Data
5.1. The Bot may collect and store user data as necessary for its functionality. This data will be handled in accordance with the Bot's Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations
6.1. The Bot is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
6.2. The staff is not responsible for any losses or damages, including but not limited to, data loss or service interruption, resulting from the use of the Bot.
7. Changes to Terms
7.1. The staff may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Bot after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Termination
8.1. The staff reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Bot at any time, for any reason, without notice.
8.2 You may terminate your use of the Bot at any time by discontinuing the use by not using any of it's commands in Discord.
